Dynamic Engagement Solutions is prepared to formalize our dedication to the U.S. Department of Defense through a binding contractual commitment. We propose a clause stipulating that all technology, intellectual property, and deliverables developed under this proposal remain exclusively for the DoW’s use, or for NATO member countries and nations formally aligned with NATO or the United States through mutual defense treaties or agreements, prohibiting any transfer or disclosure to foreign entities outside these groups. This exclusivity will endure for the contract term and a minimum of five years thereafter, with compliance verified through annual DoW-approved audits. We are open to including penalties for non-compliance and negotiating additional terms, such as export controls, to meet DoW needs. Governed by U.S. federal law, this commitment ensures our work serves only American, NATO, and allied interests, with flexibility to support U.S.-led initiatives under DoW guidance.
